This plan is designed specifically for women. It's important for women to train differently to men. This plan is designed with more plyometrics and less zone 2 training. It targets energy systems that will make the biggest gains for women. As a general rule, listening to your body is imperative. The plan is a guide but is not set in stone. You can move sessions or only complete some of the sessions.
