Plano de Treinamento Polarizado para Nível Avançados

 

Natação: 1500m, Ciclismo: 40km, Corrida: 10km



👉 Método: polarizado
👉 Duração: 20 semanas (1 Teste (opcional) + 12 de base + 2 específicas + 1 taper + 1 prova)
👉 Horas: Entre 9 e 13 horas por semana na semana de pico
👉 Recuperação: 1 semana a cada 3 semanas
♻️ Plano Reutilizável. Você poderá refazer o plano quantas vezes quiser, completamente grátis.


🏊‍♂️ Natação (pace / ritmo): 3 vezes por semana incluindo trabalhos de velocidade, limiar e aeróbicos. Os treinos sincronizam com Garmin.
🚴🏻‍♂️ Ciclismo (potência): 3-4 vezes por semana incluindo 2 treinos de qualidade em limiar ou VO2max ou anaeróbico + um fundo aeróbico com T2
🏃🏻‍♂️ Corrida (pace / ritmo): 2-3 vezes por semana incluindo T2s e fundos
