The Capital of Texas Triathlon (CapTex Tri) is Austin’s premier Olympic-distance race, featuring a 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, and 10 km run through the heart of Texas. With a fast, scenic course and an electric race-day atmosphere, you need a smart, structured, and progressive training plan to maximize your performance. Our 18-Week Olympic Triathlon Training Plan is designed to help you race strong and finish fast!

🏊 1.5 km Swim – Dominate Lady Bird Lake
- Open-water swim drills improve technique for a smooth and confident swim.
