Plan Description
Training for an Olympic Triathlon is a big commitment and incredibly rewarding! An exciting challenge like this race distance will bring joy and discipline to your training. You can expect no more than 11 hours of training per week in the entire program, which includes two (2) test periods, two (2) build phases, a taper week, and a race week. This is a "Saturday" race day program, but can be adjusted for a Sunday race day program if needed. This program is gauged to bring you into the sport with acceptable exposure to different sessions, so you get the full experience of training for a race!
