Transform your triathlon training with Capper Coaching's 10-week plan, designed to complete a standard distance triathlon in less than 6 hours per week. I eliminate unnecessary sessions, focusing on maximizing the effectiveness of your workouts. With each session based on time, integrating training into your busy life has never been easier. You'll benefit from two sessions of each discipline, including valuable brick sessions, and incorporating Zone 2, speed, hill reps, and threshold sessions.

The days are set up for optimal workload and recovery but they of course can be moved around to fit your personal logistics.
