Dit is een basis trainingsschema voor wie een eerste kwart triatlon wil doen, je hebt al ervaring in de verschillende disciplines of deed bijvoorbeeld al een sprint triatlon? Dan is dit het perfecte plan om voor te bereiden naar een kwart triatlon. Als je nog geen crawl kan zwemmen bijv dan is dit plan niet ideaal voor jou. We gaan er vanuit dat je de drie disciplines apart wel al onder de knie hebt en bouwen hier op vrij korte termijn de conditie op met aandacht ook voor combinatie van verschillende disciplines in 1 wedstrijd
