Plan Description

Dieser Plan ist für Athleten, die bereits Ausdauersport machen und/oder bereits Erfahrung mit Triathlon haben, und jetzt ihre erste Olympische Distanz absolvieren wollen. der Plan ist in drei Blöcke aufgeteilt.
Im ersten vier Wochen-Block wird die Vo2max trainiert. In den nächsten zwei werden rennspezifische Reize gesetzt.
Um bestmöglich nach dem Plan trainieren zu können, muss man seine maximale Herzfrequenz wissen.
Um die Intensität zusätzlich gut abschätzen zu können, sind bei gewissen Trainings RPE Skalen.
RPE 1-10
1 = sehr leicht
4 = etwas anstrengend
5 = anstrengend
7 = sehr anstrengend
10 = maximale Anstrengung

Die Woche hat:
2 Lauftrainings
2 Radtraining
1 Schwimmtraining
-> In den letzten vier Wochen wird kann es variieren
