YOU

Serious about boosting bike power to finish on the bike stronger for a faster run. Want the best improvement in the limited time you have. Own an indoor trainer that measures power and have a power meter on bike

CONTENT

Suitable for all multi-sporters, you get two clear weekday, fully-explained and jargon-free structured power workouts and one (preferably outdoor) weekend FTP based workout, focussing on building your power and strength on the bike. These three sessions allow you to fit this boost into other training commitments. Two discipline Aquathlon, Aquabike and Duathlon athletes can add extra bike sessions by downloading free Tabata VO2 max sessions (Fri / Sun)

Early week sees VO2 workouts; midweek has longer duration cross threshold intervals to really challenge your staying power. Weekends feature easy rides with hill intervals one week or challenging flat intervals the next to build race specificity, strength, climbing ability and easy power

EQUIPMENT

An indoor trainer and bike that can measure power and a quality HR recording device (preferably with chest strap). A sophisticated FTP / HR threshold test is included week one. Workouts download direct to your bike computer and watch

Fully compatible with platforms like Training Peaks Virtual, Zwift & Rouvy

TIMING

Any time pre or during season, to prep for specific multi sport races or TT's. Use coming into Spring as quality speedwork or as a block any time in the season to complement your own / club longer easier rides
