Qué incluye este plan?
- Método: polarizado
- Duración: 17 semanas (1 de testeos + 12 de base + 2 específicas + 1 taper + 1 carrera)
- Horas: Entre 4 y 7.5 horas por semana en la semana pico
- Recuperación: 1 semana cada 3 semanas
- La primera semana la utilizaremos para testear tus umbrales, de esa forma determinaremos tus zonas de entrenamiento y entrenarás siempre en la intensidad correcta
- Plan Reutilizable. Podrás volver a hacer el plan las veces que quieras completamente gratis.
- 🏊♂️ Natación (pace / ritmo): 2 veces por semana incluyendo trabajos de velocidad, umbral y aeróbicos. Los entrenos se sincronizan con Garmin.
- 🚴🏻♂️ Ciclismo (potencia): 2-3 veces por semana incluyendo 2 entrenamientos de calidad en umbral o VO2max o anaeróbico + un fondo aeróbico con T2
- 🏃🏻♂️ Pedestrismo (pace / ritmo): 2 veces por semana incluyendo T2s y fondos
