Plan Description
This is a 16 weeks comprehensive training plan for a competitive triathlete for the Olympic Distance Triathlon. Requirements:
Advanced to competitive swim ability. Advance to competitive cycling skills and abilities. Advanced to competitive running experience and skills. . This plan is suitable for someone who's a competitive athlete and NOT suited for someone who's a total beginner to triathlon. If you execute this plan, you will be able to complete your race distance in a strong manner, provided you execute all the designed trainings as given. (Please if you have any medical condition that may affect your training, make sure to get a medical clearance from your physician before attempting to undertake this activity).
