Want to do well in olympic triathlon but you don't have much time to train?
This plan aims to get to to the best possible state for the olympic distance while keeping the number of training hours to a minimum.
This plan can work either as an intro to triathlon or a time efficient training when you have other time commitments during the week.
Each week will have no more than 10 hours of training with optional sessions to skip when needed
The basic plan offers the plan only and provides modification in the body of the session.
The premium plan offers the basic plan plus one time 30 min chat to talk through your goals and issues and provide insight what to focus on in the plan.
The elite package is a coaching program, which will include monthly progress calls and plan adjustments based on the circumstances.
