Plan Description
This program provides an effective blend of time management and performance outcomes, making it ideal for novice triathletes aspiring to undertake an Olympic-distance race.
It is also suitable for any triathlete seeking to prepare for such an event through a training plan with minimal volume.
The regimen includes only two workouts per discipline per week, yet they are sufficiently demanding to enhance your fitness level significantly.
This plan is suitable for both Indoor (Roller or Mat) and Outdoor training.
To get the most out of it, it is recommended to use a heart rate and power meter.
