A four-week triathlon maintenance block for times when you want to keep your fitness moving without building for a race.
This heart-rate-guided plan is useful between events, during a busy patch at work, or when you need a sensible reset before the next training phase. It keeps regular swim, bike and run structure in place without asking for large training hours.
The aim is to maintain your routine, protect your aerobic base and finish with enough energy to move into the next block well.
