Are you ready to take your triathlon training to the next level and get ready for Olympic distance racing? This plan is the right step for you!

OVERVIEW:
By providing you not only with PHYSICAL training but also with MENTAL skills, STRENGTH and guidance on NUTRITION this plan will facilitate the base adaptation you need to go faster and harder. More so, this plan will accelerate your athletic growth by providing specific training sessions to improve your economy, technique, strength, mental toughness, nervous system and nutrition.

The common base phase mistake is going too hard too soon. The unfortunate result of such a poorly planned base phase is the inability to build on your previous year’s training and racing and or peak for your planned races.
A properly designed base phase is key for being able to go hard and fast later in the season. Striking the balance between low intensity work load, recovery and providing enough training stress to prime for upcoming intensity is thus the ultimate goal. In addition, the base phase is the best time for you to add and consolidate a variety of athletic assets (training, nutrition/fueling, mental skills) that facilitate you in reaching your potential this season. All while staying healthy.

We offer different lengths of training plans for each phase - base, build, and peak - to cater to the varying needs and goals of athletes. Longer training plans provide more time for gradual progression and can be ideal for athletes who are newer to the sport or who have more time to devote to training. Please make sure to combine 3 plans to get a base, build and peal bundle.

The base, build, and peak phases are the three main stages of a periodized endurance training program. The base phase is typically focused on building a strong aerobic foundation, while the build phase involves increasing intensity and specificity to improve endurance capacity. The peak phase is where athletes focus on fine-tuning their fitness and peaking for their goal event. By following a periodized training program that includes all three phases, athletes can optimize their performance and minimize the risk of injury or burnout. The length of each phase can vary depending on the athlete's goals, fitness level, and schedule, which is why we offer different lengths of training plans for each phase to cater to individual needs.
