This is a 12 week Olympic triathlon training program. This program would be great for an athlete that has already done an Olympic and looking to push themselves but not yet ready to hire a coach. The athlete should be comfortable swimming 1500 yards, biking for 90 minutes, and running for 45 minutes.
Week 1 starts out with 5 hours of training and builds to 8.5 hours of training. Strength, mobility, brick, and open water swimming sessions are all included in this program. Swim sessions are based off of pace. Bike sessions are based off of power but can easily be converted into PE (perceived effort), run sessions are off of pace as well.
Key:
OWS: Open water swim
Mixed strokes: anything but freestyle
Kick: With a kickboard
EZ : Easy

I'm Kelsey a USAT Level 2 coach, 80/20 Endurance, Ironman University coach, and a 5x Ironman finisher including Kona.
I coach endurance athletes from beginner to advanced but my specialty is coaching women who want to train smarter by understanding their own physiology. Hormonal fluctuations, cycle syncing, fueling for women's bodies, recovery differences, aren't side notes in my coaching, they're central to it. Women who train with me stop fighting their bodies and start working with them.
