Plan Description
Start van een nieuw trainingseizoen of nieuwe fase in het trainingsprogramma vraagt om testen. In dit programma in één week 7 testen voor zwemmen, fietsen en lopen. Telkens 2 of 3 testen om uit te kiezen, met de manier van het uitrekenen van je zones.
Uitgangspunt is de zone-indeling van 8020endurance ((https://www.8020endurance.com/).
