ACZ Back Covid 19 Plan dient zum wiedereeinstieg in den Strukturierten Sport nach einer Covid 19 Infizierung.
Der Plan ist für alle Sportler die regelmäßig Sport vor der Erkrankung ausgeübt haben. Der Plan ist mit Yoga, Kräftigungsübungen, Zugseilübungen, Rad und Laufeinheiten aufgeteilt. Montag ist immer der Ruhetag und es wird nur Yoga durchgeführt. Das soll die Faszien Strukturen lockern. Viel Spaß und Happy Training
