Plan Description
This is for any athlete in the off season. It's typically a time of year where finding a rhythm is hard. It's also a time of year that you don't want to push too much and many athletes end up flailing about without direction and whilst you don't want to overdo it, this is a great time of year to establish your training week, build a base and work on the weaknesses. In fact that's probably the main issue we see. People tend to drift towards their favourite sessions which is not a problem for some of the time but definitely is all of the time!
This will give you a solid structure to follow and ensure that once the seasonal festivities are out of the way you are in a good place to kick on.
