Leg building strength plan for athletes in the off season!
This plan can be completed at home or at the gym.

You will need:
Dumbbells from 10 - 30lbs
Kettlebell 30 or 45lbs
Resistance bands
You can modify and add more reps to any exercise if you don't have the required weigh.
