Plan Description

This plan is suitable for beginner and masters athletes who wish to complete the step up from Tri a Try or Sprint distance triathlon to standard Olympic distance. This is a Twenty week plan which includes power based bike sessions - a Zwift, Rouvvy or FulGaz setup paired with a smart trainer or a power meter will be required to get the best results. This plan builds gradually to take the Athlete from basic fitness to a level where they can confidently deliver a strong performance in their Standard Distance race.
