Plan Description

De basis. Een periode om lekker in te komen. Atleten die ik coach doen hiervoor een test- en wenfase om de trainingszones (hartslag voor fietsen en tempo voor lopen) te bepalen en aan de opbouw van trainingen te wennen.
We bouwen op van 3:30 uur per week naar 5 uur. Met vier trainingen per week: 1 keer zwemmen (twee trainingen achter elkaar in het schema), 2 keer lopen en een lange toch fietsen. Elke week wisselend van opbouw.
Na deze fase volgt de opbouwfase waarin we de trainingen vooral zwaarder gaan maken.
Het gehele plan (dus met opbouw- en specifieke fase erbij) werkt toe naar een kwart/olympische triathlon.
