Plan Description

Terug in en dan weer op het schema. Net na de zomer. Een periode om lekker weer in te komen. Voor triathleten alle drie de disciplines, andere kiezen er één of twee (of toch drie).

Atleten die ik coach doen hiervoor een test- en wenfase om de trainingszones te bepalen en aan de opbouw van trainingen te wennen.
We bouwen op van 4:00 uur per week naar 6 uur. Met vier trainingen per week: 1 keer zwemmen (twee trainingen achter elkaar in het schema), 2 keer lopen en twee keer fietsen. Elke week wisselend van opbouw.
Na deze fase kan een de opbouwfase volgen waarin we de trainingen vooral zwaarder gaan maken.
