A 12-week Olympic-distance programme for competitive age-group athletes who want to race with purpose.
This plan is designed for athletes with a dependable base in all three sports and the ability to train consistently. It develops the strength, speed endurance and pacing control needed to put together a strong Olympic-distance race, rather than three separate disciplines.
Expect focused sessions, useful brick work and clear race-specific progression. The plan also protects the recovery that lets the quality work do its job.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and honest.
