Plan Description
Dieser 6-Wochenplan bereitet durch viele spezifische Einheiten optimal auf einen olympischen Triathlon vor. Gerade die spezifischen Einheiten machen doch am meisten Spaß :-)
Ein paar Fakten:
Samstag: Koppeltraining
Sonntag: Radtraining mit einem kurzen Anschlusslauf
Montag: Ruhetag oder 3. Schwimmeinheit in der Woche
Dienstag: Tempoläufe
Mittwoch + Freitag: Schwimmen
Donnerstag: Rad oder Lauf
Radangaben in Watt und Zonen
Laufen nach Geschwindigkeit
alle Einheiten sind detailliert beschrieben, Erklärungen teilweise mit Videobeispielen.
TSS Angaben
Kurze Nachbereitungen in Form von Beweglichkeits- und Stabilitätseinheiten runden das Training ab.
Umfänge: geringste Woche 8:20h, umfangreichste Woche mit 10:50h
