Plan Description

This 10 week training plan is an advanced multisport training plan. INcluded some Swimsmooth sessions to follow in order to improve your standard distance swim. The bike sessions are set for draft leagl bike racing and harder intervals than a normal TT. The Run sessions should be enough to tip the balance and fatigue.

At this time there is no weights or rest periods but there are days that are less stressful than others to help with the rest.
