Are you new to triathlon or looking to step up to the Olympic Distance? This is the ideal plan to get you ready for the distance and to excel on race day. The plan balances swim, bike, and run workouts with strength sessions to keep your body healthy and moving well.

This plan is designed to help you build your fitness to peak for an Olympic distance triathlon in 12 weeks. This plan includes all the workouts you will need to race a strong race. Pace your workouts so that they start out easy and finish stronger when directed to do so. The goal is to build your endurance and your strength; the best way to do that is to pace yourself and have the discipline to finish your workouts strong.
