Plan Description
Se lleva al atleta a realizar una base de entrenamiento enfocado a triatlón en un nivel principiante. El plan puede ser aplicado 3 meses antes de una competencia importante o bien, en pretemporadas.
Sesiones de natación, ciclismo y carrera, acompañados de una orientación de aplicación de fuerza en músculos más importantes que se utilizan en el triatlón.
Este entrenamiento va enfocado para atletas de nivel principiante que realizan triatlones de la distancia Sprint. Los entrenamientos contienen una mayor parte de intensidad que volumen.
La cuarta semana se realizan pruebas de esfuerzo para el ajuste de las zonas de ritmo y frecuencia cardiaca por medio del umbral aeróbico.
