A 12-week Olympic-distance plan for athletes looking to race faster and chase a personal best.
This plan is for you if you already have an Olympic-distance race behind you, or have the fitness to train consistently across swim, bike and run. The focus is on making better use of the fitness you have: stronger bike pacing, more efficient running off the bike, purposeful swim work and race-specific sessions that build confidence.
You will train with some quality, but not for the sake of it. The programme uses recovery and well-timed progression to help you arrive sharper, not flat.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and built around consistent training.
