A 12-week Olympic-distance plan for athletes who have completed shorter triathlons or already have a good base in all three sports.
This programme is about turning general fitness into race-specific preparation. You will build the ability to swim with control, ride with purpose and run well when the bike is already in your legs. The sessions progress through focused endurance, technique, controlled intensity and race rehearsal.
It suits athletes who want more than simply finishing, but still want a plan that respects recovery and a busy life outside training.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and honest. Do the work you can repeat, then let it add up.
