This 10-week Olympic Distance Triathlon training plan is designed for intermediate to advanced triathletes looking for a structured, progressive and performance-oriented preparation for Olympic distance racing (1.5 km swim / 40 km bike / 10 km run).
The plan integrates all three disciplines with purpose, combining endurance development, race-specific intensity, technical work and recovery to help you arrive at race day confident and prepared.
