Requirements

To begin this plan, you should be able to:

• Swim at least 500–1,000 meters continuously

• Ride comfortably for 60–90 minutes

• Run continuously for 20–30 minutes

• Train consistently 3–5 days per week

• Have basic familiarity with endurance training

For best results, the use of a GPS watch, heart rate monitor, and bike power meter is strongly recommended.
