It is ideal for athletes who already train consistently and want to improve endurance, durability, and overall training stability before beginning a higher-load progression.

If you are looking for a structured and effective way to prepare your body for the demands of future full-distance training, this plan provides a clear and performance-oriented solution.

• A complete 12-week structured Base phase for Full Distance Beginner athletes

Requirements

To begin this plan, you should be able to:

• Swim at least 750–1,500 meters continuously

• Ride comfortably for 90–120 minutes

• Run continuously for 30–45 minutes

• Train consistently 4–5 days per week

• Have basic familiarity with endurance training

For best results, the use of a GPS watch, heart rate monitor, and bike power meter is strongly recommended.
