Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 400–1,000 meters with rest as needed
• Ride comfortably for 60–120 minutes
• Run or walk for 25–45 minutes
• Train consistently 3–4 days per week
• Have completed a basic endurance training cycle or beginner plan
A GPS watch is helpful, and a heart rate monitor is recommended to better control intensity.
