Requirements
To begin this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 1,000–2,000 meters continuously
• Ride comfortably for 2–3 hours
• Run continuously for 45–60 minutes
• Train consistently 4–6 days per week
• Have prior structured training experience
For best results, the use of a GPS watch, heart rate monitor, and bike power meter is strongly recommended.
