Requirements
To begin this plan, you should be able to:
• Swim at least 2,000–3,000 meters continuously
• Ride comfortably for 4–5 hours
• Run continuously for 75–90 minutes
• Train consistently 5–6 days per week
• Have strong experience with structured endurance training
For best results, the use of a GPS watch, heart rate monitor, and bike power meter is strongly recommended.
