Designed exclusively for athletes aged 60 and older, this 44-week Long Distance Triathlon program prepares you for the demanding 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike, and 42.2 km run of the Da Nang course—one of the most scenic and rewarding triathlons in Asia. Every session reflects the environmental and course demands of Da Nang’s warm coastal waters, steady coastal winds, and flat yet humid run terrain, ensuring your body and mind are fully conditioned for race day.

🏊‍♂️ Swim Preparedness
The plan’s 166 structured swim sessions (60 hrs 32 min total) mirror Da Nang’s ocean conditions—steady 84 °F (29 °C) water temps, two-lap triangle route, and gentle surf starts. Video-guided drills refine open-water sighting, bilateral breathing, and pacing consistency for longer continuous efforts across laps.

🚴‍♂️ Bike Endurance & Power
The 152 power-based cycling workouts (185 hrs 7 min total) build sustained output for the 180 km coastal ride—perfect for managing the crosswinds along Vo Nguyen Giap and the flat-rolling sections toward Hoi An. Intervals focus on steady Zone 2 endurance, efficient cadence control, and race-specific pacing across long, uninterrupted stretches.

🏃‍♂️ Run Durability & Rhythm
The 122 running sessions (95 hrs 30 min) prepare you for the four-loop, seaside marathon. Structured brick workouts replicate the flat out-and-back rhythm of Vo Nguyen Giap, helping you maintain form, manage hydration, and sustain focus through humid conditions and repetitive turns.
