This six-month Long Distance Triathlon training plan prepares you for every challenge awaiting along Da Nang’s breathtaking coastline — from the warm 3.8 km ocean swim to the scenic 180 km coastal ride and the four-loop 42.2 km beachfront run.

Your program mirrors the rhythm and demands of the Da Nang Long Distance Triathlon, progressively conditioning you to perform in warm water (≈ 84 °F / 29 °C), sustain steady power over long, flat coastal stretches, and finish strong under the tropical sun.

✅ 3 + 1 Training Structure – Three progressive load weeks followed by one active-recovery week to build fitness while preventing burnout.
