Are you looking for a structured plan to get you to your full-distance triathlon goal? This is the plan for you!
Plan features-
A 26-week (approx. 6month) progressive training plan designed to get you plenty of training needed for a full-distance triathlon.
Plan features-
Avg of ~9hrs per week. Max of ~14.5hrs per week. Longest workout ~5-6hrs.
Bonus : 1-week of post-race transition training.
All run and bike workouts can be fully integrated into smart watches and bike computers with and to smart trainers using online training platforms (such as TrainerRoad, Zwift etc.) which are able to integrate TrainingPeaks workouts. Swim workouts are also designed for relatively easy interface to smart goggles (i.e. FORM goggles), though I always recommend you read ALL workouts before doing them as the write-ups contain important information.
Please see the TrainingPeaks website for more technical information.
This plan is best suited for athletes with good experience with endurance sport training. I would not recommend this plan for a beginner.
