Plan Description

Prepare to perform your best at one of North America’s most beautiful and challenging races — the Long Distance Triathlon Québec Canada. This 24-week High Performance Amateur training plan is designed to match the course’s unique demands: a 3.8 km swim in the historic Bassin Louise, a 180 km bike along the St. Lawrence River with 1,200m of climbing, and a 42.2 km marathon weaving through Old Québec and the Plains of Abraham.

🛑 IMPORTANT: This is not a beginner plan. You must complete 8–12 weeks of Base Training before starting. That includes consistent aerobic swim, bike, and run sessions — at least 8 hours per week — to build the endurance engine required for this program. Week 1 starts strong with Anaerobic Threshold Intervals, assuming you've already developed your aerobic foundation.
