Plan Description

Prepare to take on the breathtaking and demanding Long Distance Triathlon Quebec Canada with a structured, high-performance training plan designed specifically for intermediate triathletes. This course features a 3.8 km swim in the calm waters of Bassin Louise, a scenic but challenging 180 km bike with 1,200m of elevation along the St. Lawrence River, and a 42.2 km run past historic landmarks like Château Frontenac — making it essential that your training mirrors both the beauty and the difficulty of race day.

🔔 Base Training Required Before You Begin
This plan is built for athletes with an established training foundation. Before starting, you should be consistently training 6–8 hours per week for at least 8–10 weeks, and already capable of:
✔️ Swimming 2,000 meters continuously
✔️ Cycling 2–3 hours comfortably
✔️ Running 90 minutes nonstop
