The Competitive Masters 40+ Six-Month Long Distance Triathlon Training Plan is purpose-built to prepare you for the demanding and scenic course in Québec, Canada. From the 3.8 km swim in the calm waters of Bassin Louise to the hilly 180 km bike ride along the St. Lawrence River and the marathon run through historic Old Québec, this course challenges every aspect of your endurance and strategy.

To get the most from this plan, a 8–12 week base training period is required before starting. This foundational phase should include consistent aerobic sessions across all three disciplines, preparing your body for the structured intensity of the 24-week plan ahead.
