The Long Distance Triathlon Taiwan is a demanding, world-class event featuring a calm 3.8 km swim in Flowing Lake, a scenic 180 km bike along Taiwan’s dramatic coastline, and a fast yet humid 42.2 km run through Taitung City. Our 44-Week Competitive Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is purpose-built to prepare you for every challenge this race throws your way.

Whether you’ve taken time off or you're training for a personal best, this structured program delivers the endurance, power, and race-specific conditioning needed to thrive on race day—even in Taiwan’s coastal heat and humidity.
