Our 12-week foundation phase builds your confidence with structured swim drills and technique-focused sessions tailored for calm, non-tidal freshwater swims like the one in Flowing Lake. With video tutorials and a steady progression, you'll be ready for Taiwan’s two-lap swim course—no matter your experience level.

🚴 Bike Training That Mirrors the Eastern Coastline
Ride strong along Taiwan’s scenic Highway 11. The bike phase features long endurance rides and power-building intervals that mimic the mix of flat, rolling, and moderate climbs totaling 1,200m elevation gain. Strategic sessions help you manage potential wind and sun exposure so you can stay strong over 180 km.
