This 44-week training plan is designed specifically to prepare you for the crystal-clear swim, the smooth-yet-challenging bike course, and the mental endurance needed for the final run leg.

✅ Built for Sir Bani Yas Terrain: With flat, fast loops and climbs up to 100m, our bike workouts develop climbing strength and sustained aero power—essential for this island course.
✅ Swim-Specific Conditioning: Training blocks mimic the calm yet open-water dynamics of the Arabian Gulf, preparing you for efficient pacing and sighting.
✅ Endurance + Speed: From 12 weeks of aerobic base-building to 32 weeks of Full Distance-specific training, every phase is tailored to grow your stamina while sharpening your race-day performance.
✅ Structured Progression: Our proven 3:1 load-to-recovery cycle allows for growth without burnout—ideal for busy age-group athletes and those over 40.
✅ Test Races Built In: Optional “B” and “C” races let you rehearse pacing, nutrition, and mental strategies before race day.
✅ Holistic Programming: Includes V02 max work, anaerobic threshold training, ATP-PC sprints, and climbing accelerations to match every demand of the Sir Bani Yas bike and run course.
