The Sir Bani Yas Island Full Distance Triathlon in Abu Dhabi offers a unique challenge: calm, crystal-clear Arabian Gulf waters, a fast but testing 180KM bike course with climbs reaching 100m above sea level, and a picturesque island setting that rewards preparation, precision, and grit.

Our 36-week Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is meticulously designed for competitive Masters athletes (40+) seeking to perform at their peak on race day.
