This 24-week plan is specifically crafted to prepare you for the stunning yet demanding course designed to help you thrive on race day, not just survive it.

The turquoise, calm waters on the southeast side of Sir Bani Yas Island may look tranquil, but 3.8 kilometers is still a serious effort. Your plan includes technique-focused sessions, endurance swims, and pacing drills to build efficiency and confidence in open water—perfect for tackling race-day conditions between 18°C–22°C.

🚴 How This Plan Prepares You for the Bike (180KM)
The 4-loop course may be fast and flat, but those interconnecting roads that climb to 100m above sea level will test your power and climbing legs. We include interval sessions, long aerobic rides, and strength-based cycling to simulate the course's demands. No traffic? Great. But you’ll still need the legs and endurance to stay strong through all 180 kilometers.
