Are you ready to race the Full Distance Triathlon on the stunning Sir Bani Yas Island in Abu Dhabi? Our Competitive Masters 40+ Six-Month Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is crafted specifically for experienced athletes like you—seasoned, focused, and determined to go the distance.

This race features:
🏊‍♂️ A 3.8KM open-water swim in the calm, turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf
🚴‍♂️ A 180KM, fast 4-loop bike course with rolling terrain and climbs up to 100m elevation
🏃‍♂️ A marathon run that rewards disciplined pacing and endurance

To prepare for this incredible challenge, you'll need more than just motivation—you’ll need a structured and proven plan.

Prerequisite Training Required
Before starting this six-month Full Distance Triathlon training plan, you should have a solid fitness foundation. Make sure you can:
✅ Swim 2.5 kilometers continuously
✅ Bike at least 45 miles
✅ Run for 60 minutes without stopping
