Our 6-Month Intermediate Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is built specifically to help athletes like you thrive in the exact race-day conditions you'll face.

Prerequisite Training Required: Before starting you should have a basic fitness foundation. Ensure you can swim 2.5 kilometers, cycle at least 45 miles, and run continuously for 60 minutes.
