🌊 The Swim: Calm waters with average temps of 18–22°C sound inviting—but don’t let that fool you. Our plan includes open water swim sessions and form-focused drills designed to help you stay relaxed, sight effectively, and conserve energy for the bike and run.

🚴‍♂️ The Bike: With four fast, flat loops around the island ring road and leg-testing climbs reaching 100m, your aerobic endurance and climbing power must be on point. Our plan includes:
