The Full Distance Triathlon Roth in Germany is one of the most iconic races in the world—and this 36-week triathlon training plan is purpose-built to help you conquer it. From the serene swim in the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal to the electrifying ride up Solar Hill and the unforgettable finish line in Roth’s stadium arena, every element of this plan is designed to match the demands of this legendary course.

Base Phase (12 weeks): Build foundational endurance with gradually increasing weekly volume (6 to 9.5 hours), culminating in a brick test to assess fitness.
